1 Home Use & 1 Portable Concentrator

Rental Terms

(1) If you rent for two months, the first trip will be free of charge. (Excluding outlying islands and remote areas)
(2) Oxygen machine accessories such as nasal cannulas are not included, which can be purchased from our company.
(3) Plans A, B, and C have a minimum lease term of 2 months, and the first 2 months’ rent and deposit must be paid before delivery.
(4) An additional $25 is charged for each staircase.
(5) The final amount will be paid when the invoice is issued.
(6) Short-term rental package can only be delivered and received once. (Excluding outlying islands and remote areas)

Payment Method

(1) First time payment – pay in person at an AMED store, Hang Seng Bank credit card, FPS, Payme.
(2) The subsequent monthly rent can be paid in the following ways – payment in person at an AMED store, Hang Seng Bank credit card, FPS, Payme.

Rental Terms

1) Rental and purchased items are non-refundable.

2) Termination of Agreement: Please notify Pet Oxygen 7 days prior to expiration date.

3) Deposit Refund: Pet Oxygen will issue a check within 7 days of the medical device being returned to Pet Oxygen.

4) Tenants should understand that use of medical devices should be advised by a physician and Pet Oxygen is not responsible for any health problems.

5) If the medical device is damaged, the tenant will be charged 10%-20% of the retail product price as compensation and all parts must be returned to Pet Oxygen.

6) If the medical device is lost, the lessee will be charged 80% of the retail product price as compensation.

7) Medical devices may not be sublet or resold to others.

8) Pet Oxygen reserves the right to make any final decision.
